If you are selling a home in the neighborhood, please contact us so that we may provide you with ample membership materials for prospective buyers. The majority of new home owners in the neighborhood choose to join the Club and experience the lifetsyle at Jacksonville Golf & Country Club to the fullest!

If you are showing homes in the neighborhood to a prospective buyer, let us know so we can invite you to the Club for a tour and a complimentary lunch.

Equity memberships have several components including the equity certificate, transfer fee, and initiation fee; and we are happy to review each aspect with you and/or your clients. We appreciate your introducing them to our Club, and we are here to help each step of the way. Prior to closing we will prepare necessary paperwork to transfer equity certificate from seller to buyer.
